Pricing For Real Estate
Real Estate Photography does not have to be just for agents or those selling their home. Sometimes its is nice to have a professional to take progress or final images of your project. Photo sessions could be purchased as a gift for someone's NEW house or for an anniversary. Please note that I can also accommodate commercial businesses for real estate and advertising needs. Whatever the reason for needing images of the estate give me a try and see what a difference professional home photos can make.
The Basic Residential (most homes and properties):
1-2 hours shooting time
Edited images will be available in online proofing gallery within 48 hours.
Includes travel up to 60 miles round trip from my current base point.
$150
The Mini Outdoor and Land:
This is for properties that are within a 10 mile radius of ANY property I am currently working on or my base location.
I have put this together because I have noticed that many realtors only place a couple of photos on the listing for one of several reasons: many being that the property either does not show very well and/or the sellers do not want buyers to see inside or there are simply no building(s). I still want to take the pictures for these properties and I know it will help your listing let me help you get it sold!
What's Included: You get 5 photos of your choosing of the EXTERIOR of buildings, landscapes and scenery for the desired property. Several images will be taken and you will get to choose which you use.
I am offering this service to new clients for $50
Regular price $75
If the property is further than 10 miles and you are wanting it immediately mileage rates will apply.
Images:
All images will be available in high resolution in an online gallery within 48 hours and a low resolution (RMLS) copy will be emailed upon purchase.
Images will be available for ala-carte purchase at $5.00 per image
or as a package with
16 images for $50 and 36 images for $100.
Once images are proofed and purchased I will create a featured (or private) Web Page on my site that highlights the details of the listing, a slideshow of showcased images and all the contact information for the listing agent and brokers office.
As a client of mine you will have access to many of the same great products I do - Ask for details and gift idea's.
I retain all the rights to the image(s) however, I give you limited use rights with image purchase and you will have the ability to reprint, share and use for marketing.

Aerial Images - Ideally with a helicopter as they have the ability to alter elevation and stay in one location.

Travel:
I am happy to travel to you and see no problem with going long distances, but with the high cost of travel I must charge additionally as follows:
Up to 60 miles of round trip travel is included in basic price.
For every 1-50 miles of additional travel round trip I will charge $30.00.
If this is for a session requiring air travel or multiple days: all travel costs will be paid by client including travel fares, lodging and food per diem for the area and a daily minimum.
