Pricing for Real Estate and Agents
I offer a wide variety of services at an affordable cost. This page highlights some of those services available for Real Estate clients and REALTORS only and a few of the costs involved. I start with the basics and then customize to your needs from there.

The Basic Residential (includes most properties):
1-2 hours shooting time
Edited images will be available in online proofing gallery within 24 hours (images sold separately).
Includes travel up to 60 miles round trip from my current base point.
$150
Land Only Special
Only listing a piece of land, with little or no improvements besides an outbuilding or two? Let me help you make the best impression possible! If you are within 10 miles of my current location I will do a quick photography session and have the images posted to a viewing gallery within 24 hours. Includes 5 edited images.
$50 INTRO SPECIAL MAY 1st - JUNE 30th
Images:
Images will be available for A la-carte purchase or as a package depending on the needs of the client or agent and are for marketing purposes only with limited use rights. I retain the copyright for all images in most cases.
Images placed in the proofing gallery will be available for immediate purchase and both the high and low resolution file will be included. Any additional edits can be made at this time.
Upon purchase of image(s) a Featured Real Estate webpage on my site will be created with links to MLS and contact information for the listing party (if it is a property for sale).
Special access and pricing for agents to create nice gift ideas for clients using any of the images in the proofing gallery (easy!)

Aerial Images - Ideally with a helicopter for best quality. Drone photography upon request (outsourced).
Backpacking/backcountry (long hike, 4x4 or other ATV required for access) - I like these!
Travel:
I am happy to travel to you and see no problem with going long distances, but with the high cost of travel I must charge additionally as follows:
Up to 60 miles of round trip travel is included in basic price.
For every 1-50 miles of additional travel round trip I will charge $30.00.
If this is for a session requiring air travel or multiple days: all travel costs will be paid by client including travel fares, lodging and food per diem for the area and a daily minimum of $150.
